Rafael Issamu Isuyama
Securities Director<\/h3>


Rafael Isuyama has a deep knowledge of investments and finance, good analytical skills, as well as the ability to work alone or in a group. Experienced with some types of financial modeling. Participated in the development of a business plan focused on opening a cryptocurrency exchange as an intern at CIS Eletr\u00f4nica. Well versed in defining requirements for an IT pricing and purchasing system for primary materials and parts.

Rafael Isuyama graduated in Production Engineering at the Polytechnic School of the University of S\u00e3o Paulo. He qualified at Fuvest in 2010 in the eighty-ninth position. Explored his academic horizons by studying abroad in Tokyo, Japan during the summer of 2008. In 2003, he received an Honorable Mention at the Brazilian Mathematical Olympics. Ricardo Linhares

Regarding his formal education, Ricardo has an MBA in Economic and Financial Management of Companies from FGV-Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Get\u00falio Vargas, had a Technological degree in Financial Management at IBTA and also graduated in Business Administration at FIT. He worked at Tae Investimentos (XP), Direct Capital (Safra), Monte Bravo Investimentos (XP), Banco Santander, Banco Real and Banco Sudameris.

Linhares has 33 years of extensive experience in the area of Finance, Bank Treasury and Investments, serving clients from different segments (Private, Retail, Midlle, Corporate and Large), strategic business vision, experience in fixed income, financial applications, mainly bank papers, their intrinsic risks and calculations, management of structured products as well as derivatives (swaps, options, terms and futures), with a focus on exchange rate hedging and interest. Has deep experience in the definition of price bases for the commercial areas of wholesale, retail and capital markets; generate results through active management of market risks. He also has experience in controlling cash flow, as well as the main operations of receiving and paying amounts by companies.
