In March 2020, Pedro founded Rubicon Capital Partners, an asset management company built under the partnership model by professionals with experience in the areas of M&A, Private Equity, Fundraising, Business Management, Restructuring, Investment Banking, Regulatory, Strategic Advocacy, Restructuring Assets, and Special Situations in Brazil. Pedro also worked as a lawyer at Bhering Advogados, at Schmidt Valois Miranda Ferreira Agel, and at Petro Rio, in the area of M&A, finance and corporate law, and compliance.
He has graduated from Universidade Candido Mendes in 2009 as a lawyer, did a specialization in corporate law and capital markets at Ibmec, a postgraduate degree in business, corporate and compliance law at FGV, and took a master’s degree in 2014 at the Queen Mary University of London in the area of corporate law and finance.
Rafael Isuyama has a deep knowledge of investments and finance, good analytical skills, as well as the ability to work alone or in a group. Experienced with some types of financial modeling. Participated in the development of a business plan focused on opening a cryptocurrency exchange as an intern at CIS Eletrônica. Well versed in defining requirements for an IT pricing and purchasing system for primary materials and parts.
Rafael Isuyama graduated in Production Engineering at the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo. He qualified at Fuvest in 2010 in the eighty-ninth position. Explored his academic horizons by studying abroad in Tokyo, Japan during the summer of 2008. In 2003, he received an Honorable Mention at the Brazilian Mathematical Olympics. Isuyama is also CPA-20 certified and is in the process of aproval by CVM of CFG and CGE certifications.
Marcos has held executive positions in strategy and management in several coveted companies, consolidating Buy and Build operations that amounted to US$7,5 billion. Worked with the companies Andromeda Comunicações, TV Cidade, Cybertech Equipment, VIS – Pegasus Telecom e Brafco. Proved great success restructuring companies which suffered from cash flow issues, transforming them into healthy and fit companies for sale through IPO (s) and international investors. Has also worked with the development of best corporate governance practices, as well as, the establishment of boards of directors; implementing human resources projects with a focus on motivation and building corporate cultures.
Marcos Costa graduated in systems analysis and electrical engineering, specializing in robotics and industrial automation by the University of Florida, in the United States; participated in the advanced management program by Fundação Dom Cabral and Insead, in France, as well as, the executive MBA Babson College entrepreneurship program, in the United States; has a MBA from Columbia Business School, in the United States; was a member of ANATEL – Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações do Brasil.
Regarding his formal education, Ricardo has an MBA in Economic and Financial Management of Companies from FGV-Fundação Getúlio Vargas, had a Technological degree in Financial Management at IBTA and also graduated in Business Administration at FIT. He worked at Tae Investimentos (XP), Direct Capital (Safra), Monte Bravo Investimentos (XP), Banco Santander, Banco Real and Banco Sudameris.
Linhares has 33 years of extensive experience in the area of Finance, Bank Treasury and Investments, serving clients from different segments (Private, Retail, Midlle, Corporate and Large), strategic business vision, experience in fixed income, financial applications, mainly bank papers, their intrinsic risks and calculations, management of structured products as well as derivatives (swaps, options, terms and futures), with a focus on exchange rate hedging and interest. Has deep experience in the definition of price bases for the commercial areas of wholesale, retail and capital markets; generate results through active management of market risks. He also has experience in controlling cash flow, as well as the main operations of receiving and paying amounts by companies. Has extensive knowledge of processing electronic payments, automatic debits and title traceability.

For over 7 years Bruno has been helping the startup ecosystem, believing that proposals and values can change lives. Bruno Nicoletti achieved a MBA in Marketing at Fundação Getúlio Vargas, as well as a Bachelor's degree of Communication ( Advertising ) at UMESP. In addition to those, Nicoletti has attended the University of Michigan studying Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills and Stanford University studying the Foundations for Digital Transformation.
Bruno Nicoletti had been an advisor for The Fortune.one, remaining in charge of establishing new connections with the innovation market, analyzing Fintechs around LATAM and developing new ways of thinking and investing in the fintech industry in the LATAM market. Nicoletti has also been an advisor for Cedro Technologies, mentoring Cedro on what strategies should be followed such as the Go-to-market, product development. Nicoletti has obtained the position of chief growth officer in Brazil's CPQi Group along with Senior manager of BFSI's CPqD and BFSI everis NTT DATA.
Roberto is a mechanical engineer graduated from Mackenzie and has an MBA in Public Management from FGV. Badra has more than 25 years of experience as an executive and entrepreneur in industrial, engineering and public service concession markets, acting as manager, director, institutional and government relations, counselor and board advisory. Roberto participates as a director and advisor to entities representing his areas of activity.
